As of July 14, 2017 @ 8:41 AM Pacific Time - pricing seems to be stabilized. We are actively monitoring for the next few hours and will turn off this alert once we are sure all systems are stable.
THE ISSUE YOU MAY SEE: As of July 14, 2017 @ 3:12 AM Pacific Time - We received a few user reports with the local currency values ( USD, EUR, GBP and CAD ) not displaying correctly in the wallet, portfolio and overall balance section in the navigation bar. You may also see a message on the portfolio to "Please check your internet connection." Your internet connection is likely fine.
All assets are safe - this seems to be a temporary display issue with the pricing feed data.
OUR CURRENT ACTION: Our team is aware of the issue and we are looking into a fix now. If you do not see pricing data in Exodus, Quit and relaunch again in about an hour - hopefully we have a fix soon.
